Shipping & Returns.

At BOLDSOULXSTEVENA, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location. Please allow additional time during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Returns.

We want you to feel confident shopping with BOLDSOULXSTEVENA.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. 

To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Non-Returnable Items.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders.

  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

  Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
